Create the company
Sign up with the company name. The first account administers the workspace, and a company is opened in USD. Other currencies use the exchange rates kept in Accounting.
Company workspace
SoftWorkX keeps sales, purchasing, inventory, the ledger, people, and the rest of the operating apps on the same company record. Sign in to the workspace you were given, or open one for a new company.

The team uses the company address, such as /t/your-company. Each person signs in with their own account, and a role decides which apps they can open.

Quotes, bills, stock, payroll, rent, loans, and fiscal receipts stay on the company record. Posting a document writes the journal in the company currency.
An administrator turns apps on for the organization. A role still decides who can open each one.

A point-of-sale sale, a supplier bill, and a stock movement each keep their own currency on the document. The company ledger receives the converted amount.
